The Mumbai metropolitan regional development authority had fixed an initial basic price for this prime property in wadala at rs 1980 crores. The closest bidders for this landmark deal were Sundeck India at Rs 3,465 crore (Rs 34.65 billion), followed by India bulls Real Estate at Rs 3,327 crore (Rs 33.27 billion), while Gaurhari Estate quoted Rs 2,251 crore (Rs 22.51 billion).
