The leading UK telecommunication honcho Binatone launched tablet and entered in the digital market of India. The tablet runs on Google’s Android 1.3 Operating System. The firm makes Internet devices, GPS devices, cell phone devices and satellite phones.

Sat Murthi, the executive vice president Binatone India said that the Home SurfTouch device has been Indianized, the device manufactures with keeping common people requirement and price factor. He also said that the company will invest Rs. 50 crore in next 12 months.

The Home SurfTouch is designed to provide improved audio output, power saver and other special Indianized features, according to Mr. Murthi. He said also that the firm will launch other devices in India which would be much powerful affordable and quality product.

The Home SurfTouch tablet has ARM11‘s 667 MHz processor and 128MB RAM. It is slimmest one tablet in the world.

With the tablet user can browse internet, play audio and video files, download games and access applications. The tablet is comes with price of Rs. 9000, while other are more than Rs. 25000, the Home SurfTouch tablet will give its rivals a strong competition.

First Version Of Direct Tax Code

The great hopes had risen by the first version of Direct Tax Code (DTC) which was released for public debate in August 2009. The bill has been introduced into the parliament; along with GST it will ensure a longer life to the tax structure as the tax structure will be predictable and stable, at which the highest tax rate of 30 percent become applicable.

The original proposal was to raise the highest income slab to 25,00,000 rupees. It has been brought down upto 10,00,000 rupees. Income slab at all levels have been slashed but the rates are same. It will benefit the lower and middle class as the government has raised the exemption limit. A uniform 30 per cent tax will be paid by the corporate sector.

The difference in the climate occurred because of originally proposed 25 percent tax. With that taxable profit the corporate growth would have jumped; in recent years, it is precisely the reduction in tax rates that has made corporate tax the highest revenue yielding tax.

With branches of foreign companies paying an additional 15 per cent, both domestic companies and foreign companies will pay the same rate of tax. Though it implies double taxation of profits, dividend distribution tax continues. On distributed dividends, Mutual Funds will however pay only 5 per cent. A rational change in MAT has been made by the DTC Bill. To capital incentives industries, that would have been highly unfair.

With increase in tax rate to 20 per cent the DTC Bill has reverted back to income base. Till 2014 prolonging revenue loss, the income based concessions to industries in SEZ will continue. Bringing back the present position, the original proposal of withdrawing STT has been abandoned. There is not much reform in the content of the DTC Bill, taken together.

With a few changes mostly in respect of personal taxation, it carries forward the present tax structure. Even so, when the Code becomes effective there would be a national loss of 531 billion rupees, it has been estimated by the Ministry that in 2012-13.

The government has been driven by short term revenue considerations and it had also reversed all major changes in the overall tax structure. The benefit of DTC is that the tax system will be stable and free from annual tampering, caused by the finance ministers.

Company said in a statement that, currently 33 year old Rishad Premji serving the company as general manager treasury and investor relations and he will take over the responsibility from K.R. Lakshminarayana, effective from 1 Jan 2011.

Rishad Premji would report to the joint chief executive officers and Lakshminarayana will become chief endowment officer at a trust set up to fund the founder’s philanthropic work, said Wipro.

Celebrate 445th Year Of Existence

St Augustine in Florida, the oldest city in America will celebrate 445th year of its existence. St Augustine will remember its founding by Spaniard Pedro Menendez de Aviles and the ceremony will conclude by the thanksgiving mass.

Davis Walker, director of the Florida Living History said-

In September 1565, 445 years ago, Adm. Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles disembarked in Matanzas Bay and founded St. Augustine, the oldest occupied European city and port in US territory.

One walker said –

“When Menendez de Aviles died in 1574, his body was transported in a wooden coffin to Santander (Spain) so that he could receive a Christian burial” in his native land.

The helping women were the labors and working in a construction site, so some wounds and injuries were in their wrists and hands. Now mother and child are in a community center for the HIV patients and child has been medicated through Nevirapine.

The former general secretary amar singh is set to play the role of the Indian classical singer in the film Bombay mattai. The film also features the leading lady of yesteryears of bollywood dimple kapadia. The film also has the actor and dancer named neelambari perumal as a lead player. She is the daughter of former chief of north east provincial council of Sri Lanka, vardaraja perumal.

In a talk to the reporters, singh said that he was not fool enough to compare himself to the Indian megastars amitabh Bachman and Shahrukhkhan. The police are responsible for preventing an extremely dangerous blast that could have taken a very deadly toll on the soil of US. This case could have occurred on the sizzling and bustling Times Square. Thanks to the local vendor who informed the police in time about the smoke coming out of the Nissan pathfinder sports car.

The police used the state of the art Robert to avert the tragedy. The Robert broke open the back door of the car. It took several hours to retrieve the deadly items from the car. The mayor of New York, Michael bloomerg, confirmed to the sources that the vehicle indeed contained the explosive device.

At the press conference, the police commissioner Raymond said that the car carried three propane tanks, fireworks of consumer grade. It also carried two filled gasoline containers of 5 gallon each. The former Canadian minister of defense Paul hellyer has come out heavily against the world famous theoretical physicist and expert in the space, Stephan hawking, strongly condemning him for his information that the human kind can be shaken by an alien attack.

The former defense minister claimed on Sunday that the aliens have been making constant visits on the face of the earth since many decades now without any harm to the human community. He further said that in contrary to the harm concept that the people have from the aliens, the space ships of these creatures of the extraterrestrial have provided the vital information as far as the IT and microchip revolution on the planet earth is concerned.

As per the recent press release, hawking has clearly warned the entire humanity against alien contact. He further said that the visit of aliens can be as devastating as the visit of Columbus America. The visit of Columbus was extremely harmful for the Native Americans, the astrophysicist of Great Britain further added.
Prof Stephan hawking expressed great fear and regret about the issue that if there is an alien contact, they can capture the vital resources of the earth. The aliens will use our solar system for a super project, he further added.

It has been fully confirmed that the lead pair dies after the commitment of suicide in the end. The lovers die after jump from a cliff from a very large height into the dangerous waves of the sea. With this scene, the movie comes to an end. The reason of suicide is that both the law as well as the underworld is after the lovers.

The character that survives in the movie is the actress kangna ranaut. When the producer rakesh roshan was asked to comment, he had no words to say about the movie that is going to be released on 21st of May, 2010.
